Samba Galez are participating in an event organised by Gofal Cymru.
This annual event is to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing and to promote activities which improve our mental health.
We are to parade from the Bay area to St David's Hall followed by a performance at the Hall. We will then hold a workshop for Gofal Cymru and the Public in an area in St Davids Hall itself.
