The Welsh Encontro 2010 and all of the workshops will once again be based in the Urdd Centre, part of the Wales Millennium Centre, right in the heart of Cardiff Bay. This makes it a central and ideal place to stay but as there are only a limited number of bed spaces available in the Urdd Centre, you will need to book your beds quickly (these sold out within a few weeks in 2005)!

The rooms are all en-suite and hold between 2 and 6 people. The cost per person for the two nights is just £76. Breakfast is included in the price and there are numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity for other meals.
Bookings can also be taken for the Friday night (April 30th).

Beds will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and while reservations will be held for a while, the booking cannot be confirmed until payment has been received.
We will try to place people of the same sex from the same band in the same room(s) but this may not always be possible. Where people from different bands have to share a room these will be of the same sex.

There are also a number of hotels within a few minutes walk of Cardiff Bay so even if you miss out on the wonderful accommodation at the Urdd Centre you won't be far away from the action.

Due to the Encontro being upon us bookings for the Urdd Centre are no longer being taken. If you're desperate to find somewhere to stay please contact one of the organisers.
